Installation was straightforward and fit my Stevens 555 lower barrel but I didn't want to overtighten. At the end of 8 shells the clamp moved forward a bit. Will find out how tight to make it the next range outing.

I needed some weight on my barrel to balance the gun, front of was too light, this added weight helped slow my swing down at straight away targets .It also helped swing on right /left angles.
