EASY STEPS TO USE SHOT FIT

The Shot Fit was developed to assist coaches, beginner shooters and anyone fitting a gun to themselves. One of the toughest challenges in shooting is determining why targets aren't breaking despite the shooter seemingly doing everything correctly. This is particularly difficult because coaches can't see what the shooter sees down the vent rib, and beginner shooters often struggle to explain their view. With the Shot Fit, identifying gun fit issues becomes straightforward. Simply note the color you see when looking down the barrel. Whether you're a coach or a shooter, the Shot Fit provides the clarity needed to make accurate adjustments.

STEP 1

Ensure the gun is not loaded. Attach the Shot Fit to the end of the barrel with the magnetic mounting base. Note: It is likely the choke will need removed if shooting an extended choke tube. You then align the Shot Fit down the center of the vent rib ensuring it is flush along the bottom as well.

STEP 2

Have the shooter close their eyes and mount the gun carefully as if they were going to shoot. This ensures the shooter is truly mounting the gun to what is comfortable to them.

STEP 3

Once the gun is mounted comfortably, have them open their eyes and tell you what color they see. It’s that simple.
